Subcontractor to Austin Commercial, LP as part of the DFW Airport Terminal A Enhanced Parking System. Reyes TX, Inc.'s scope includes installation 15,000 LF of underground plumbing and storm lines, with floor drainage appurtenances; installation of 6 sump pumps for deep elevator shafts; excavation and backfill 10,000 LF of electrical and communications duct bank; setting of storm and communications precast structures; excavation for building footing and foundation elements (560,000 SF total building area); placement of clay and granular backfill materials, fine grade for building slab on grade; and demolition / abandonment of existing storm and utility lines.
