Reyes TX, Inc. (RGL) was a subcontractor to the joint venture Kiewit, Stacy Witbeck, RGL and Parsons to form the joint venture company of KSWRP. Working closely with Dallas Area Rapid Transit and KSWRP, our mission was to design and build 4.7 miles of light passenger rail. In addition to working as a JV partner, RGL self performed the earthwork and railway work. RGL’s portion of the railway work was to lay geogrid, subballast, initial ballast, and set ties prior to KSWRP laying and welding all rail though the entire length of the project.
